RecommendedVery clean and friendly staff!
I decided to try this gym as a potential alternative to Planet Fitness... Needless to say, I’d much rather commute to Hinesville daily than to come back here. The machines at Velocity are EXTREMELY dated and the workout equipment is placed much too close together. The declining bench was not secure and I was unable to use it out of fear of injury. This place is in dire need of remodeling and updating...
Because the state is shut down and being working out and gyms aren’t essential they closed. So why keep charging me for time I can’t use in your gym? Either refund me and stop Charging me or cancel my contract and refund me. Bad business to do people like this.

Great staff/owners. Plenty of equipment/weights/cardio equipment to meet my needs. They also offer a number of classes and tanning if that's something you are interested in.
The people are nice mostly staff is great this is my first month but it is better atmosphere than anytime

This is the best gym I have every joined the staff are super nice and always welcoming I found out about this gym because I was looking to find a personal trainer and I could not be more blessed that I found Ms. Jennifer Martin she has motivated me and is always on call any time I need her and she works with my crazy schedule. I have also meet new people and have made new friends and enjoy working out with the group of girls that she also trains.
