this company is very unprofessional
I'll start with the good - everyone I've worked with so far has been very responsive and helpful. Now for the bad. The onboarding experience is so painful and confusing, and submitting timecards every week is equally painful. I don't understand why some companies refuse to update their technology - it's not that hard, hire an intern from Gen Z to do it (I did similar projects as an HR intern back in my day). Perhaps the most dysfunctional company with asinine onboarding workflows I've ever witnessed. We have to stop creating companies trying to merely get on the NASDAQ and provide non-sensical busy work documents for the sake of calling themselves "professional businesses." Can we please stop applauding mediocrity with these new start-ups? The only company applauding these companies are nameless companies in the industry trying to get their feet in the door as reputable.
