It would be so much better if group classes started at 7, and they need to modernize. Offer newer classes such as barre.
Velocity is close to my home, that's good. There rate are a little high I think for senior citizens. Finally I don't like contract and money deducted from my checking account. If I could pay $25.00 monthly then they could have my business.
Great gym. The place is for all ages, all body types. Been going there for years. Great, friendly, community oriented staff and management.
Outstanding! Gym! I'm a member as well. All there equipment is in new condition.
