After getting no answer from Roto-Rooter, Velocity Drain Services immediately answered our call and had a service technician at the residence within an hour and a half after placing the call for service. The technicians, Kyle & Andrew, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they quickly identified the problem within 5 minutes of being there (frozen main line to the septic), and were able to thaw the line within an hour.
