Velocity saved the day for us! Our kitchen sink and bathroom sink were both badly backed up. We could tell they were somehow connected, so we didn’t dare try and fiddle with it ourselves. This was beyond us. We called Velocity, and they were here in under two hours and got everything completely fixed. They explained the situation to us, what caused it, and what we can do from now on. 900$ cash 1.5hrs half of the time in the van because it was rainy and couldn’t even fix the drain. Very expensive for 1.5hrs. I would look for a cheaper company. That was the so called min service charge the tech told me.

I cannot say enough good things about Velocity Drain Services. I had a different service provider out here last week because my kitchen sink wouldn't drain and the p-trap under my sink was no bueno. My fiancee Darin and I had tried to fix it on our own (three times). I called others based on two friends recommendations, but they didn't do this type of work. So.. As a property management company, we rely on our vendors. When they do a great job, it reflects positively on us and shows our tenants we care about them. Velocity is fast, knowledgeable, detailed, communicative, and gets the job done right. I recommend them.
