I cannot say enough good things about Velocity Drain Services. I had a different service provider out here last week because my kitchen sink wouldn't drain and the p-trap under my sink was no bueno. My fiancee Darin and I had tried to fix it on our own (three times). I called others based on two friends recommendations, but they didn't do this type of work. So.. As a property management company, we rely on our vendors. When they do a great job, it reflects positively on us and shows our tenants we care about them. Velocity is fast, knowledgeable, detailed, communicative, and gets the job done right. I recommend them.

Contacted Velocity to have a residential sump line inspected. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ryan helped me schedule the appointment and went above and beyond to explain the process and accommodate my schedule. Kyle the tech they sent out was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and was one of the nicest people I’ve met.
