Contacted Velocity to have a residential sump line inspected. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ryan helped me schedule the appointment and went above and beyond to explain the process and accommodate my schedule. Kyle the tech they sent out was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and was one of the nicest people I’ve met.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!! I spoke with Madeline prior to technicians coming out to my house and she told me it would be $235/hour. I received the invoice and it was $375 because they add on a ton of random fees. My fees included: “$10.00 Expense” - No idea what this is. “$85.00 Service Call” - They drove 15 minutes to come from Elk River to St Michael. I don’t know how that quantifies an $85 fee. “$35.00 Parts and Materials” - I want to be clear the plumbers did not fix ANYTHING. We did a drain scope. “$11.00 3% Co... read more
