The staff at Velocity Clinical Research, at the Durham location, are kind, professional and just all around wonderful people. I would participate in a research study there again.
Fabricio has been great throughout - expert at phlebotomy - never any pain or problem - and excellent at explaining the trial process. The doctor was also very helpful and informative, and the receptionist and all other staff have also been super helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend!
I’ve had extremely difficult veins my entire life, so blood draws have always been stressful. Whenever someone has to draw my blood, I always joke, “Please, no fishing!” because that’s usually been my experience.
