After a month in the hospital with bacterial meningitis and septicemia got to Velocity diminished. 3 days a week, 6 weeks later was in better shape than before ! Joe was my therapist and Dr O’Connor always stopped and asked how things were going. Thank You Velocity !

Over the past 3 1/2 years I struggled with a brutal hamstring injury. Between the pain and limited range of motion, I was miserable.
