During Covid-19 I was placed on furlough, but actively searched for work, I finally got my previous job back 1 day before my payments with Velocity hit 60 days late on the dot. I spoke with them on day 60 and told them with my first paycheck within a week, I would definitely get back on track they said "okay," over the phone. Well, on day 61 they send a tow truck and repo the vehicle. Nice people. I paid a fair price for a nice used car , they allowed me to take it to my mechanic prior to purchase, were very friendly, nice to me, my daughter. I'd buy from them again. Ask for Manny.
bought a vehicle for my daughter on the 10th of August still waiting for the plate, drove the car home to find out it had no oil in it and had been in 5 accidents and no brakes and there is a knocking noise , no one responds to me except "due to the virus we are having a hard time getting the plates " bs my son bought a car a week later from someone else and already received his plates, dont make me go to the news with this
