I've brought my Tesla model 3 to Velocity/Excellence a couple times already. Each time I was very happy with the repairs made. The last time I brought my car to them, there were some Tesla computer issues and they took the initiative to bring the car to Tesla for further evaluation instead of just focusing on the body repairs. I'm glad they take getting a car back on the road seriously and they always provide ongoing updates throughout the repair process. I would recommend this shop to anyone but especially Tesla drivers.
The service is exactly as the name 'EXCELLENCE'!!!!!! Aaron, Rita and Jasmine are very professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. They always response right away when you contact them. Highly recommend to whoever needs the service.
Always a pleasure dealing to with. 2026 Update: Upon having two separate vehicles worked on, I've noticed missing hardware relating for the front bumper replacement performed on my Volvo. My VW Atlas kick sensor harness was damaged from the removal of the bumper by the body shop and the "fix" failed this year. Failure due to "fix" not taped up and protected. My VW dealership agrees that at the minimal they should've try to protect the "fix" with weather tape but they didn't so now I'm on the hook for a mistake they did and f... read more

Brought my car in for repairs and had a great experience. Jasmine and Rita did an excellent job at providing regular status updates, which were highly appreciated. Service was professional and repairs were completed to a high standard. Highly recommend!
