I took my car to this auto body shop for a polishing job, and I'm blown away by the results. It looks like nothing ever happened to my car—they did a perfect job. The person who worked on my car, Xin, is truly a master at what he does. The manager was incredibly nice, telling me they wouldn't charge for anything that wasn't necessary. It's rare to find such honest people and a business with such integrity. This is a top-notch, trustworthy shop, and I highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service from Jasmine, Aaron, and Rita. I have used Velocity twice within the last year for rear end collision damage on my Model Y and each time the work that has been done on my car has been exceptional. Will definitely continue to use Velocity as long as I own a Tesla!
Terrible customer service. This place is a rip off, they never honour their word. They try to gouge you for every dollar. They gave me the car back so dirty inside and out with shoes stains all over the interior. Terrible do not recommend. And do not believe anything John the service manager says.
