Going out of my way to leave a review for Kyle and Ryan, they were great! Kyle was super responsive, transparent, and made the process SO MUCH easier than the other dealerships I’ve been to. They gave me a more than fair trade-in value for my older F-150 and I’m tickled pink by the newer one I bought from them. Very fair pricing (none of that warranty and shady business), fast service, and great guys. Planning to buy from them again in the years to come
Had a very positive experience with Velocity. Kyle was respectful, honest, and easy-going. There was no pressure or manipulation, and all communication was fast and courteous.
Huge inventory, high end of used car prices but they take the time to fix up any issues with the cars they sell. They provide a free 45 day warranty, they replaced the A/C in the car I bought about 40 days in.
So let me start by sharing with you how disappointed I am with Velocity Auto Sales. For now lets just say I bought a truck that I thought was a one owner, low millage, accident free vehicle and turns out to be something else even though that is what The Car Fax said that it was. After bringing the dealership up to speed on my findings all I wanted was a small $3500.00 refund on a $45,000.00 purchase and they refused my request.
