5 Star : My Experience I was satisfied with the repairs but I wish I had gotten it fixed sooner. The first day I tried to take it in there was confusion about the insurance coverage… the second time I called around thanksgiving they didn’t get back to me and I had to call again before I got a set appointment. I understand that the first circumstance was not velocity’s fault, but other than that I really am satisfied. The staff were so supportive and friendly and helpful under the circumstances.
