Always professional, on time and we have no problems because of the routine maintenance visits.
I was very thankful for the Velocity team's effort to get our AC running again. They came out right away and were very kind. I think they were trying to convince me to replace the unit because the repair quote was three times higher than it should have been. When another company came out, it seems they also misdiagnosed the problem. Disappointing.

Austin, Eddie was great with the install A++. I just wish the salesperson would have told me about more efficient train units and the benefits of each one because he only gave me two options. Because I would have gone with the higher SEER if I knew about them, at least the next model up because it has the new communication system, TrainLink option, and better rebates.
