The technician is a nice person, but the company over charge for the labor. The technician changed a part that had warranty according to them, but charged me $350 for the labor.😱
Total rip off! I paid $2500 for a repair. Less than a year later, I had to replace my hvac unit at a cost of about $10,000. Not even a year later, the unit stopped. Velocity wanted me to pay another $1800. Incredible! Tech seemed to lack any intelligence. Don’t use this company. I will never again! Rita Applegate
Edwin was just at my home for an A/C Check up and this associate was very thorough and friendl Edwin pull the coils and the air drum and cleaned on thoroughly as my other company should have when I purchase the air conditioner from them 2021. This work was done at a very great value to me and unfortunately the other company that I had before did not care about their customers as much as velocity air does.
