Tony Yount was very professional and explained my service needs very clearly. The maintenance membership is reasonably priced for benefits with membership. Highly recommend Velocity for AC needs.
Caution: We recently had Velocity at our house for an a/c tune up. During the tune up the technician informed us that the contactor for the compressor was fried. He flashed a picture from his phone and after some discussion I gave the ok to replace. He also suggested to the point of being annoying to install a surge protector for the unit. Multiple times he asked and after I replied No multiple times that I would have to check into it more. He would asked “why” or state he would probably be need to replace the contactor... read more
