The Velo Sports Rehab office misquoted what my insurance would reimburse, meaning that the out-of-pocket cost of my treatment was double what they claimed it would be. The therapist recommended that I do multiple treatment sessions a week, so by the time my insurance processed the claims and I discovered the error, the additional cost was significant. This review is long overdue. My husband and I have been going to Dr Swick at Velo Sports Rehab for years. I’m what he refers to as a “work warrior” which means my body is tight and posture is poor from sitting at a computer for long periods of time from work. Dr. Swick is and has been a consistent miracle worker over the years. About a year ago, I suffered a rather debilitating neck/upper back injury while working that led me to bounce from PT to Chiro, to Massages & everything in between. Such an amazing experience! I was an avid runner, experiencing knee pain for almost 3 years. I had tried everything... physical therapy, massage, chiropractor, and acupuncture and nothing really resolved the issue.
