Great experience. Tommy knows his cycling he is friendly and very motivated to help you.If you love cycling and you want to get fit its a must try.
I came in on the first day to see what it was all about and get an instructed lesson on a watt bike; my first ever experience on a watt bike. It was tough, but I believe it is supposed to be - Tom is a good instructor and keep me and the other participant on point and enthused to finish the 45 minute session. The shop is neat, clean and has plenty of watt bikes - also a chance room and the ability to put your own bike on a smart trainer and use Zwift!
