Once this property was sold there has been new people in the office 5 different times that put us through HELL EVERY MONTH!!! CONSTANT LATE NOTICES WHEN YOU HAVE PAID ON TIME EVERY MONTH AND ATTEMPS TO OVER CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR IWN INSURANCE WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PAID IN FULL AND GIVE THEM PROOF OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!! THIEY DO NOT HAVE IT TOGETHER AND HAVENT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

This place is an absolute joke. Good luck with getting in touch with anyone in the leasing office cuz no one ever answers the phone. I hope you can tell the difference between a car back fire and a gunshot and if not don't worry you'll learn quick living here. Cops will also show up often and I had numerous people bang on my door at 4 or 5 in the morning cuz they got confused about which apartment was theirs. There is never any parking. And the pool and gym are always being fixed. I've had nothing but problems since I moved ... read more

The Velo Apts are a great place to live. Managment, office staff and maintenance are wonderful and always on top on things.
