Not sure where to begin, so I’ll start with the positive: the location of this apartment complex is excellent, and the gym and common areas are probably its strongest features. That said, living here has come with serious concerns. Because the complex is very close to the T station, there are often homeless individuals right outside the property, which adds to the overall sense of insecurity for residents. Brian and Luis are literally the best! So friendly and responsive. Always get the job done quickly and communicate about what the issue is, how long it’ll take to fix, and if I need to do anything to prevent a reoccurrence. They’re a big part of why we chose to renew our lease, maintenance is never a concern. And the management office is wonderful! Always ready to help and they solve issues so fast.
