It was a great visit today. My mom had a tooth ache that had been bothering her for a while. So I absolutely had to take her in for an emergency visit. I called and talked to Chris. She managed to fit my mom in within the hour. Dr. Jerry made a quick decision to extract her tooth during the visit. Thank you for fitting my mom in today. I have very fond memories of this place. Dr. Velling does amazing work, very happy with the quality and the fact that he doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures. Elizah, the dental hygienist, provided me with the most thorough cleaning that I've ever experienced. Kris at the front desk gets everything that you need done facilitated so quickly and efficiently, it's amazing. This dental office actually answers their phone - many practices say that they go the extra mile for their patients, but this one truly does.
I read through all of the reviews I would have given 10 stars if possible as described in these reviews Dr.Jerry Velling and his staff are top notch. I walked into this office with a loose crown on a old implant I was attended to immediately and the loose crown was removed, before this I might have called up to 10 dentists/orthodontists none willing to help! I have my at most respect for this practice. They will be the one I will be seeing for the foreseeable future.😀
Best dentist and dental hygienists in Seattle! Jerry Velling has a fantastic dentistry practice here and his staff from the hygienists to the receptionists/schedulers are the best in the business. A lot of other people feel the same way because it is difficult to get an appointment here but it is well worth the wait. They are a great asset to their community.
