Unprofessional! Booked for service on Sunday for Thursday. One hour before appointment I get a text saying your location is far for our service! You guys knew my address when I booked an appointment 4 days ago. I changed my work schedule for this. And when I call they reject my call and don’t have the decency to talk to me. I am surprised with their attitude given the good reviews earlier
Worst experience! I would give them 0 stars. I hired them through GroupOn and specifically asked to clean an area rug. The cleaner, who I also to believe is the owner did the cleaning. After several days I realized that under the rug my gray hard wood floors had not been stained brown. I contacted them and they denied ever have cleaning my rug and said without proof they would not assist me. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I used Velles carpet service to clean 2 bedrooms and a hallway in my townhouse. The tech did an amazing job. My 13 year old son had all type of stains that I thought would never come out but he removed all the stains with no problem. He was very professional, on time, and the best part is the price was so great that I wouldnt even consider using anyone else but him to claen my carpet.
The professional cleaner did an excellent job! I would refer this company to anyone. He was on time, so accommodating to work with my schedule and you can't beat the pricing! This will be my go to company to help me keep my carpet clean and looking new!
Did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets, looked WAY better after he left. Was unable to get one spot out but advised us to keep cleaning it and that it might loosen it up. Had to dock a star because I scheduled my appointment for 11:00am and he text to let us know he was running an hour and a half to two hours behind. Not a huge deal since we were able to work out a time later on that day for him to come out but I set aside time in my day when my little ones would be out of the house and wasn't expecting the time change.
