I had some concerns with my car. Katie and Christopher were incredibly knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice for my car. Not only was the service top-notch, but everyone was also super friendly and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

I've hesitated to write this review, but since I've already made the payment, I feel obligated to share my experience. This is going to be a lengthy post, so please bear with me. In short, my experience with Veliz Collision was highly unsatisfactory. On November 10, 2023, while preparing for the Marine Corps birthday, I had an accident involving a deer and needed my vehicle towed for repairs. I had just a little bumper repair done here and they did an amazing job! The customer service from this family owned business really makes you feel comfortable. I’m was able to communicate through text the whole time while waiting for my car to get repaired which was really convenient and helpful. They also gave me a ride to pickup and drop off my rental. I will definitely be using and referring them in the future!
