I would call his style "breezy"---he breezed in without eye contact (except for my prepared foot), shaved a callous on his way to writing his notes, said I did not have the ingrown toenail my doc had sent me there for, dismissed my questions re inserts as expensive and useless, and gave no advice as to shoeing constantly lengthening feet at the top of the size range ("Feet get bigger as you age.")
