Velicia is an absolute pleasure to work with! I am so happy I chose her to sell my home. She was a steady source of reason, optimism and encouragement throughout the process. When the second deal fell through two days before closing, Velicia got right to work and we had another buyer the same day. She told me not to worry and I’m still amazed at how everything worked out. Velicia is truly a gem! Reach out to her for all your real estate needs!
Absolutely love Velicia!! My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and she held our hands throughout the entire process. She’s definitely a realtor who listens, understands, and explains. When she says that she’s “our voice”, she truly mean that. We closed within 30 days, with ALL closing cost paid, zero down payment, and home warranty.
Working with Velicia was a breath of fresh air. At every point in the home buying process she was clear, honest, and willing to explain anything needed. She worked with us to make sure that every step transitioned seamlessly and it felt like I was working with family. I would recommend her over and over again to anyone especially first time homebuyers.
Choosing Velicia to be my realtor was the best decision I made for my home buying experience. She is definitely FOR HER PEOPLE!!! She negotiated and got me ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING I NEEDED and WANTED. Very outspoken, reliable, and was always there no matter the time or day. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Thee V.Stanley and the Agency HAUS!
When I started this process, I was nervous and hesitant. Valecia listened, made herself available, and worked with me. 10/10??? more like 100/100!!! Valecia and her team were astounding. Communication, professionalism, and determination... check... check.... check! I felt like I was a part of a family during this process. There were regular check-ins and open communication. Valecia and her team were determined to get me everything I wanted and things I didn't know I wanted. If I had to do this again, I would choose Valecia a... read more
