Dr. Velez was my husband's physician when he sustained a serious spinal cord injury in July 2019. Dr. Velez saw him nearly every day as he recovered from surgery and went through physical therapy and rehab at the Minneapolis VA as a quadriplegic. She is an all-star, excellent, outstanding expert in her field as well as a compassionate, dedicated doctor.
