He was assigned as my pcp but never saw him. Jessica never confirmed with insurance. Waisted weeks and I continue to have a cough and congestion that’s now getting worse cuz my pcp doesn’t see me ????

The office is real nice and he spends plenty of time on your first visit to get to know you but on follow ups it's a quick check in and not much explanations.

Staff doesn’t know anything about medications. They lie to you, don’t call in important prescriptions because the simply do not care! Most ignorant staff in the world

The lady in the front was very nice and helpful. Dr Velazquez was not. He was arrogant and didn’t want to speak with me even though my husband who was the patient was there. He said my husband couldn’t even sign the paper that most Drs have to release information to whom the patient decides. He said he doesn’t do that at his office. We didn’t even get to see the Dr. it was his PA we saw and that man didn’t even ask my husband his history or families history. I would never go back there again.

I was on hold for an hour trying to make an appointment. They hung up on me. When I called back they said they had more important calls and forgot I was on the phone. This place has terrible customer service. If you want to be treated like a person, go somewhere else.

He really cares about your health care needs, he listens to you and goes over what is needed. He makes sure you understand and agree on treatment pla s

Dr Velasquez is great! Good bedside manor,thorough, listens and explains well. The staff are friendly, but someone is failing to return calls when messages are left with answering service and on internal answering device. I've waited three days for a return call. No one has returned call. Will advise Dr Velasquez of recurring problem. If continues I will have no choice other than seek alternate care.

If Dr. Velazquez knows you have insurance he will do everything he can to queeze the money from the coverage while doing the minimum amount of work that he can.
