I've been coming to Trinity Family Medicine Center over 10 years. Dr. Velasquez is my Doctor and his staff are incredible. I'm treated like a human being and not a number. With Dr. Velasquez and his team is about your wellness and quality of life. They are genuinely concerned and will be there for you. I highly recommend Trinity Family Medicine Center.

He was assigned as my pcp but never saw him. Jessica never confirmed with insurance. Waisted weeks and I continue to have a cough and congestion that’s now getting worse cuz my pcp doesn’t see me ????
The office is real nice and he spends plenty of time on your first visit to get to know you but on follow ups it's a quick check in and not much explanations.
Staff doesn’t know anything about medications. They lie to you, don’t call in important prescriptions because the simply do not care! Most ignorant staff in the world

The lady in the front was very nice and helpful. Dr Velazquez was not. He was arrogant and didn’t want to speak with me even though my husband who was the patient was there. He said my husband couldn’t even sign the paper that most Drs have to release information to whom the patient decides. He said he doesn’t do that at his office. We didn’t even get to see the Dr. it was his PA we saw and that man didn’t even ask my husband his history or families history. I would never go back there again.
I was on hold for an hour trying to make an appointment. They hung up on me. When I called back they said they had more important calls and forgot I was on the phone. This place has terrible customer service. If you want to be treated like a person, go somewhere else.
