Terrible experience. The staff was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. We were treated very badly from the moment we walked in. They charged us just to inspect the vehicle and didn’t even fix the problem. The guy in the office had a horrible attitude and showed zero professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Velazity. We’ve used them three separate times and every time they have been SO gracious to me and my little girls while we waited on repairs. They are fair in their pricing and never made me feel inferior when I anttempted to explain our car issues. They have been so accommodating to us and our schedule since we are a one car family.
