This is the biggest rip off place people do not go over there I used to take my car for oil changes for over a year old is time they never change the filter
I have used this company several times on several issues with my blazer. I have always been satisfied with most of their work, except for two times that I want to vent about. July of 2015 I had them replace a brake booster. First of all the mechanic that worked on it took over 7 hours on a 3 hour job, left one nut off and when had dash off never hooked my four wheel drive back up and the next day I had to go back because nothing electrical was work on dash. Very friendly looked at my car showed me the problem and are not charging an arm and a leg for it.
I have to say they are very friendly, and very good people got me right in and are working on my truck now can't wait to hear it afterwards.!
Took my car in for a brake job and they completely messed it up. Had to take my car to Meineke after 5 weeks to get the brakes redone. The idiots at Velasquez did not lubricate any parts and installed miss matched brake pads and rotors. Caused the brakes to over heat and warped the new rotors. Called Velasquez to get credit for parts and was treated like dirt very very unprofessional and extremely rude. Do your self a favor do not take your car to these morons.
I had a muffler put on my Chevy Caprice they were cheap did great work I rock with em .... .
