Was referred to Velasquez Auto for my muffler 6 months ago and they did an awesome job (for a temp fix) and gave me a ride home…however now i need a new muffler and they’re “Temporarily Closed”??? What??
They have crazy expensive prices. They wanted to charge a senior $500. For two tires
Got a new exhaust system. Excellent work, reasonable price. Got rear ended picked up from body shop there was still a noise. Took it here they found the problem and fixed it immediately. Very friendly. Best auto shop around!
Cheap muffler, needs to be replaced annually... They say its lifetime warranty, but will charge you labor for it. So if you want to get a new muffler every year then go to this place. After 3 yrs of going back to get my muffler replaced bec of junk quality muffler, I was told that they no longer offer lifetime warranty. And I they will no longer honor my lifetime warranty that they offered me.
