UGH!! last year, my chimney was leaking so I had it 'repaired' by a so called 'professional' with excellent reviews. Well little by little, brick by brick my little chimney was literally falling apart AFTER another company said it was 'fixed.' I recently noticed some wavy spots on my roof that were caused by the plywood decking underneath an aging roof beginning to buckle. I contacted Velasco Roofing/Tuckpointing last week, and Hermilo and his crew responded promptly to address my concerns. I had gotten a recommendation for this company from a neighbor and ended up using him to do repairs on 2 separate roofs, one on the north side and one on the south side. One of the repairs required pulling up some decking to access the area and then putting it back. They are very clean, friendly, and reasonable and do a great job. Additionally, they tend to come very quickly after you contact them which is appreciated. I would recommend them if someone needed roofing work done.

After a heavy rainfall I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling. I called Velasco Roofing and Hermillo came out right away to take a look. The price to repair the roof was fair, and he didn't try to push any unnecessary work, which I truly appreciated. He came back the next day and repaired the roof, good as new. I highly recommend them for any roof work you need. Professional, efficient and reasonable. Thank you!
