Not a "traditional" pediatrician office, the entire experience from booking, to Dr.V visiting our home, has been exceptional. From the start, the office was super communicative. They even messaged me to let me know when Dr. V was on his way and his expected arrival time. Dr. Velasco was awesome! My daughter felt at ease and after he left stated she really liked him. My daughter had her first appointment with Dr. Velasco and she liked him and said he was nice, he explained everything to us and asked if we had any questions, the visit did not feel rushed like how normally seeing a Dr at a clinic feels like.
