Dr. Velasco knows my health better than I do she is available for my healthcare needs at all times with Nurse Darlene! I trust both women with my medical care and value their knowledge and compassion!
On my first visit she was pleasant and professional. On my second, her staff couldn't locate my records, she didn't recall that we had previously met, her demeanor was demeaning - curt at best. I recall being 20 pounds over my ideal weight and she actually said, with her back turned to me, 'the weight needs to come off'. Go to someone who can manage their moods better and actually enjoys their job!
Dr. Velasco always takes the time to explain test results or concerns I have.
