We hired Caio based on the number of 5 star reviews that he had and I am very glad that we did. He was quick to respond to the various questions that I had, his pricing was competitive and transparent, he was very pleasant to deal with, and most importantly, he made our carpets look brand new. We had a variety of stains, like dog accidents, coffee, etc and they are all completely gone. I can't say enough good things about Caio. Will definitely use him in the future.Â
