When I walked into the office around 120pm for my 130pm appointment, the front desk lady had a mouth full of food in which her cheeks looked like a puffer fish. She then said I’m sorry with a mouth full of food. It was disgusting. Come 220pm I am still in the waiting room, and I asked how much longer bc I had to go to work. Excelente doctor pero no se puede decir lo mismo de su personal no tienen en absoluto servicio al cliente no son amables ni educadas cometen errores y no saben disculparse y cuando toman las llamadas lo tratan a uno como si fuera un favor. Buscare otro cirio donde si tenga conciencia de valorar a los pacientes
