brought my car in with a nail in the tire. I had a spare. they put an old dry rot tire on my car and stole both my tires then told me I gave them the dry rotten bald tire to put on my car. ended up going to NTB in Pearland and spending 80 dollars I didnt have on a tire. Pablo argued with me that the tire that was dry rotten and bald is what I gave them. never would I ever put a bald tire on my car. they didn't balance the tire either. they are scam artists and stole 2 tires from me. completely unprofessional. no self respect... read more
RecommendedI've known mr vela 5 plus years.. his a real honest mechanic.. whatever it is he will get the job done 100% I'll recommend anybody to go to this mechanic shop. as I leave this comment his still working on the Volvo I got. I have faith inn him a big five star from me. Big Charlie

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would!!! They had my mother's truck for literally 2 months, she paid almost $1000 to get an issue fixed and when she picked it up it was worse than when she left it. He told her he didn't know how to "fix it". She didn't get reimbursed and broke down less than 10 miles down the road. My husband and I called several times and they didn't answer. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
Won't ever take my car anywhere else! They don't beat around the bush. They won't tell you someone is wrong when it isn't. Very trustworthy mechanic shop. Been here before for my tires. Came for break pads they recommended me to buy them from Autozone and bring them back to be out on. $300 With another mechanic shop VS $100 that I spent with them. Easy to see why they are always busy
Recommendation Alert: I purchased my own full synthetic oil and premium filter, took it to Vela Tire Shop and they only charged me $10 to do the job. I saved a good penny doing that. Thanks Vela Tire Shop!
Vela is an awesome and honest mechanic. Through the 10 years of going to him for anywhere from tires to oil changes, AC repair, and even body work, he's been great, to the point where he is not just our mechanic, but a good friend. I would recommend Israel to anybody. �
