Consultation was excellent however its been months that ive been trying to get a procedure done. At first I was being told that they haven't received clearance from my doc and now they wont even return my calls..
I contacted this office multiple times over the span of two weeks after being referred there. Each time I was told by his staff that someone would pull my referral and call me back. Needless to say my phone calls were never returned. If the office staff is this incompetent I can’t imagine what the Dr. services are like. I will go elsewhere thank you.
Dr Vela was very attentive to my concerns, and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction, he explained future solutions to the synthoms in my case....
He fixed up my hernia perfectly! Now everything feels back to normal.
Dr. VELA did a great job in removing my appendix however he is not very personable. I saw him once the day after surgery in which he seemed too busy to be bothered with questions. The nurses also tried asking him questions of which he also seemed too busy to answer. When I was seen a week later for my follow up, he saw me for less than a minute. I was asking him questions while his hand was on the door to leave. He's a great surgeon, but needs more patient interaction skills.
