Hi - I’m writing this review to inform people that the Property Manager at the Vela on the Park, Chris Pell, cannot be trusted. He was the Leasing Manager at the Allure in Stamford where he helped my wife and I find an apartment. Subsequent to him helping my wife and I find an apartment, he started texting, DM’ing and having an affair with my wife. Chris knew that she was married, but continued on with such behavior anyway.
