BE WARNED: Yes, these apartments are nice & everyone is nice to your face. However, after moving out, I am now being hit with an exorbitant charge. The Leasing Office manager flat-out disclosed to me over the phone that they replace the carpet in between tenants. Now they are trying to charge me $500 for a minor stain. Legally, carpets are supposed to have a life of several years in apartments. I don't need to explain to a normal adult why you can't replace the carpet in between tenants & then charge me for a stain! And... read more
