I recently had an appointment with Dr Chebolu. Wonderful Dr. She explained everything. All of the staff were awesome.
My experience with the reception staff was fine and the nurse was great, however, I sat in the room for 30 minutes before my doctor came in. When she came in, she did not apologize for the wait and had a rude and condescending tone throughout my visit. While I was sitting in that room for 30 minutes I decided to look up reviews of Dr. Chebolu and found out that many patients have had a horrible experience with her attitude, she was sued for medical malpractice in 2021, and many complained about her lack of accountability for... read more
One of the worst visits ever. Not professional at all, bedside mannors nonexistent. Pick somewhere else don't go to her.
