My experience with the reception staff was fine and the nurse was great, however, I sat in the room for 30 minutes before my doctor came in. When she came in, she did not apologize for the wait and had a rude and condescending tone throughout my visit. One of the worst visits ever. Not professional at all, bedside mannors nonexistent. Pick somewhere else don't go to her.
The Dr is good but her office is absolutely awful! You have to psychically go in the office to talk to someone. Nobody ever ever answers the phone there no matter what option you choose from their menu. Worst office staff I have ever experienced in my life! Expect to be on hold until your phone runs out of battery and dies.
