Warning to all contractors, vendors, and investors!!! There are multiple liens on current projects as they have many outstanding and past-due bills for completed work and materials. Multiple past employees have confirmed the scam of completed work and non payment. The senior "leadership" will be in prison soon. No response to multiple requests by email, phone, or mail. Lawyers will be making some huge commissions on this scam. BEWARE!!!
Great experience working with Vekst with construction and development. Owners are professional and respectful with their quality of work on the site from start to finish. I am a neighbor to the site and they were very responsive and quick to answer my questions regarding longevity of projects and noise.
Unprofessional and hard to get a hold of
This company is developing a building next to mine in Capitol Hill. They are completely disrespectful and intrusive on the surrounding building and parking. They are not interesting in hearing from their neighbors about concerns and issues. Emails have gone unanswered and the project manager actually turned his back to me when speaking with him. From a client prospective I have to imagine they would prove difficult to work with. Try an actual reputable firm like Olsen Kundig!
