Today February 5, 2026 received for the first time a bill from the Princeton Vein treatment a bill for an ablation for the cost of $52, 283 which was completed last year. They keep saying the insurance send me a check to my house and that I need to send them this money. I call the insurance and they say they did not send me any money and that the cost of the ablation is above the normal cost and the insurance sent payment back in November 13 to them for the allowed amount cover. The staff was very kind and took their time and most of all Dr. Patel explained everything to me and took his time and was not in a hurry and made me feel relaxed and comfortable
I was charged for a clinic visit that I did not attend. I never checked in, never saw a provider, and did not receive any services, yet I was still billed. When I contacted the clinic, resolving the issue was frustrating and time-consuming. Billing patients for appointments they did not go to is unacceptable. I love this office, What can I say, Dr. PATEL IS VERY CONFORTING, I HAVE HAD 2 procedures with him and he let's you know everything that is happening with a great bed side manner A nd His Assistant is so Wonderful, You never not see a smile on any of their faces I have been very happy with the outcome.
