Doctors and staff are all amazing. They were very thorough and made me feel so relaxed!
The office is efficient. The doctor is kind and takes her time with the patients.
Although Dr Lombardi is a professional and good at what she does, the “company” has been sending bills to me since 2024. First bill was for a few hundred in 2025(I called them and said I wasn’t paying anything extra) then I was recently sent a bill for $60….I was told all I was responsible was for my copays, which I paid @ every visit. I am still getting bills from them. I will report them if this doesn’t stop. It’s 2026, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Great experience in every way. Dr. Lombardi and staff are very friendly and customer service oriented. All questions answered with clarity and transparency. No pressure when given options on how to proceed if needed. Last but not least nice offering of cold water on a very hot day 🥵
