Caring Hands – I had been wanting to have my legs done for years but kept putting it off because I am a NERVOUS patient. Nr. Navarro and his staff were incredibly patient and kind with me. Their customer service and bedside manner are flawless. AND to top it all off my legs are looking great!
GREAT EXPERIENCE, Love my legs now! – My legs look great! Thank you. If I knew that getting rid of my veins would be so easy I would of done it years ago. I read some of these reviews and I can’t believe some of them went to the same office. I had a great experience, everyone was so professional, experienced and the office was beautiful, nicest I have every seen.
Bad experience, go elsewhere – I had a bad experience here. I thought the staff was abrupt and there is a high turnover among the professionals doing the vein treatment. If you're lucky, you'll get someone who has worked here for a while. But all too commonly you'll get someone who just signed on and who simply does not do a good job. You'd be better off going to a place with longer-serving, more experienced, professionals and not take the risk of finding yourself with a rookie. Who needs that with these prices?

Nice place, too pricey. – I went a couple of times recently and am just getting around to the review. Pros: The place is IMMACULATE. Super clean, which is important when you're getting pricked. Also, the staff is really nice. I had a groupon and the 2nd time I went, I felt the person giving the treatment was a bit more abrupt--but in general, no complaints here about the staff. Always a wonderful experience! – I haven't been seen at the VTC in a few years, but I would never think about going anywhere else. The years I was seen at VTC I had a wonderful experience and the before and after shots proved it. After treatment I was advised to buy support stockings (sold at the pharmacy one block away) and continue to work out. Do not cross your legs or sit for long periods at a time. Good circulation is important.
The best service EVER! – I was recently treated for varicose veins and spider veins, and it has been life changing. I had surgery for my varicose veins, the procedure was fast and very efficient. The staff was very nice and professional. There was no wait time every time I went for my sclerotherapy treatments. The Doctors are very knowledgable and precise in instructions. Disappointed – I went in November 2010 for injections to my spider veins. This was my first time in general. The staff is very nice, I had no waiting time and the doctors were nice as well. That is why I am giving it 2 stars. But - I was burnt due to the injections. Not only was I burnt on my ankle but when I went back to the clinic in severe ankle pain, I was not told what this wound was. They acted as if it was nothing, gave me a creme and sent me home. Do not do laser at this place – I have had an okay experience with injections at this place but if they tell you that you need the laser, run the other way. Every time they've used the laser, it cost me $500 bucks and it made my veins WORSE. I'm so upset by the fact that I'm out like $2K and my veins look worse than they did before I went there. I think their lasers are really outdated. There are a lot of new ones out so you're better off at a place that has better equipment.
Wow, just wow. – I was really blown away, I thought I needed surgery to get rid of my varicose veins. My mother had to have anesthesia to have hers removed and the scars were almost as bad as having varicose veins. I did the endolaser procedure and I took the day off because I thought I'd need to go home right after. I went shopping instead.
