I had a lot of work on my visit. A cleaning, filling and a extraction Everyone from the front office, hygenist, assistant, and dentist were very kind, caring and courteous. If having dental work can ever be "pleasant," this was one of the best experiences aside from being cared for by Dr. Marti. Dr. Ranzinger made me feel calm and cared for. That is a HUGE bonus! And of course, the assistant and the ladies up front are always amazing! Thanks for the great visit!
After a horrible experience at Smile Zone where the staff told my daughter to, and I quote, "Lay down and shut up your crying" I was worried about scheduling my 5 year old's next cleaning. I found DOC and decided to give it a try. For the first time ever, my daughter got her exam and cleaning without one single tear. Thanks to LeeAnn! She was great and made my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease. Thank you guys so much for being so gentle with her. I look forward to bringing my other children soon.
