Dr. Rios, Susan, and the entire staff at Vein Specialist Center have been truly wonderful. I went in several months ago for right leg aches to which I needed an ablation for insufficiency. The office itself is beautiful and clean. The staff kind and very responsive in making appointments and following up. They spent time speaking to you and at no point did I ever feel like they were rushed in seeing patients or eager to get through the appointments which is rare these days. I initially went to Dr. Claudia Rios about 5/6yrs ago for spider veins treatment. Dr. Rios did an amazing job and my legs looked beautiful for years.. Recently, I noticed some spider veins on my calves, therefore, I reached out to her again. Dr. Rios is approachable, knowledgeable, and has truly mastered her profession. Her office is immaculate and her staff is wonderful. Definitely, a doctor to see if you are experiencing vein issues.

I was really looking forward to book an appointment based on the raving reviews. I called and it was answered by not an overly customer service oriented employee, then was put on hold for a long time going through several robots and then disconnected. I wanted to give it another shot and the same happened again. The employee had no idea what they were doing and didn’t seem to know how to speak to potential patients. Dr. Rios and her team of BOSSWOMEN have been my favorite medical team to ever work with!!!!! They are so friendly, thoughtful, caring and just overall amazing humans. I have been working with them for over half a year to remove my severe varicose veins and they have been so incredibly helpful and sooo easy to communicate with and work with your schedule to get you seen ASAP.
