I had a terrible experience. Very poor communication when it came to costs involved, never received an estimate. Waited for approval of insurance, but Courtney never communicated what was covered and what wasn't. I had one appointment where I was in the room ready within the 10 minute window and Cassie cracked the door and said "you are late." I said I am here waiting with in the 10 minute window and she said "you are still late." That was the appointment I also found out that all my future appointments needed to be canceled... read more
I had such terrible varicose veins in one leg from pregnancy. Had them for 6 years! They were also uncomfortable and really hurt my self confidence I didn’t even change in front of my spouse!!!!! But they are gone now and I couldn’t be happier with my decision and choice to use this clinic. They are so sweet, they know the procedure hurts (yes it really did) and they didn’t treat me as if I were overreacting. Even when I called the office in “after pain” they were very caring. Doc and all her staff are so wonderful. They are courteous and kind when they deal with you. They make you almost want to come back even just to talk. Everyone is informative and helpful. Thank you ladies for wonderful visits. Blessed Be!
