DON’T DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!! Had one 30 second injection - my insurance was billed $18,000. Found out it was mis-coded as a surgery. Their billing department would not look into the error. They charged my credit card, not the card in file, without authorization. I had to close two credit cards to stop them from charging. I was hung up on when I called customer service to find out what days the Frankfort clinic was open. I requested an itemized receipt three times before they sent it. I had varicose veins that were causing me a lot of problems. I had treatments over the past year and I am no longer experiencing any problems. Dr. Kevin Smith and team were just wonderful. The appointments were all scheduled in advance. They told me what they would be doing each time and what to expect afterwards. They were all kind, personable, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend the team in the Frankfort, IL office.
Very good service procedure went well no pain
Huge difference! Having had multiple treatments, Dr Kevin Smith and staff explained the procedures at the start, confirmed insurance details (which were covered), scheduled appointments in a series, and I’ve just finished my 6 months post procedure checkup and couldn’t be happier with the improvements! My legs feel (and look) so much better and aren’t tired all the time.
