The surgery itself was perfectly fine, the billing department is a bunch of scam artists. Prior to USA vein clinics buying them out everything was fine. Apparently they've sent me to collections when I have not been there in years and I had paid everything that I had been informed I owed. I had spoken to numerous people under the previous ownership as well as under USA vein clinics in regard to any outstanding bills. I had been diagnosed years ago with chronic vetn disease. I had minimal problems until this year. I came to this clinic in April and could hardly walk. After many procedures Dr Smith and staff have my legs feeling much better. I appreciate all the help .Iwill be checked out every 6 months at this clinic. Thanks Dr Smith and staff. Elizabeth Cox
DON’T DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!! Had one 30 second injection - my insurance was billed $18,000. Found out it was mis-coded as a surgery. Their billing department would not look into the error. They charged my credit card, not the card in file, without authorization. I had to close two credit cards to stop them from charging. I was hung up on when I called customer service to find out what days the Frankfort clinic was open. I requested an itemized receipt three times before they sent it.
