I almost NEVER give a bad review, but do yourself a favor and run in the other direction. I had an appointment that was CONFIRMED in text message (about a thousand times) and the next morning I showed up 20’ early as requested for a new patient. The door was locked, and so I called and waited on the phone only to find out that my appointment had been cancelled with NO notice. Lovely. Twice my sclerotherapy appointments were cancelled the day of my procedure. I took off work both days for this. They told me the first time there was no tech, and the second time there was no doctor. I called to let them know I’m canceling all my future appointments with them. The woman who was not in the office told me they would call me back, they never did. Very unprofessional, unreliable and poor communication at this office.

I was promised a followup call from the doctor to answer some questions about my imminent procedure and it never came. I guess maybe he’ll have time to do so once I’m about to get the procedure? Now THAT would be helpful. I’ll report back in from the field.

One of my best experiences ever. The entire staff is exceptional. Very pleasant and professional. The front desk staff, the Technicians, the Doctor and anyone that dealt with me during my treatment was very kind, patient, caring,thorough, detailed and extremely knowledgeable. They scheduled me for a consult for Schlerotherapy. When I arrived they informed me they don’t actually have anyone on staff who can do Schlerotherapy and they “forgot” to tell me when scheduling. They were very blasé about me taking off work and spending my afternoon coming to a consult for a service they are not even providing, they even admitted this is an ongoing issue with their scheduling department, beware…..
