UPDATE: It's now been almost 4 months and the tingling, numbness, pins/needles sensation has yet to improve. I still have visible bruising. I still have a lump at the injection site from the USGS procedure. I'm now seeking a second opinion from a different medical practice and doctor in hopes that they can correct the nerve damage done. The front of my left leg has no feeling other than pins and needles and it’s been 2+ months since my vein treatment. The RFA machine wasn’t working so they had to change treatment option to use laser in the middle of the procedure, which was extremely painful during the process and has resulted in constant numbness post procedure. Billing and estimates were not at all in sync. I'm going to be paying more than four times what the doctor estimated. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
No interaction with Clinic at all. Its all done 3rd party by people who dont know your medical history, schedule, or what day you are supposed to be going. People at the clinic are great. Dr. and I schedule it at the clinic and then 3rd party called me and changed it with no reason. Opt for another Vein clinic that handles scheduling and visits onsite.
A very good experience. My legs look and feel so much better than before the procedures. The staff and doctor were all very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Smith at the Oak Brook USA Vein Clinic.
