I purchased a groupon to get spider vein treatment, called and made the appointment. I went in to get the consult for my spider vein treatment. The nurse informed me that I had varicose veins and that it didn't make sense to treat spider veins unless I treated the varicose veins. She said with a more indepth ultrasound I could get the procedure covered by insurance. At that time I asked if I would still be able to use the groupon. They told me yes. Super easy to get to from the Dempster yellow line CTA stop! Just across the street. Also scheduling was easy online, they were able to check my insurance and find Dr. Perrott in network. Wish I could give them 10/5 stars!
Very bad phone communication problem. my dad doctor office was keep was keep calling i think 5 to 6 times to confirm if the office received the faxed referral but they could not even find my dad profile. I am even thinking should i go or not for the app tomorrow.
