Absolutely HORRENDOUS at scheduling and properly getting insurance approvals prior to surgery date. This happened to me TWICE and I am LIVID, after taking 6-8 days of PTO/figuring out childcare/rearranging my life, they think it's just a matter of "pushing everything out 2 more weeks" so that they can properly get the approvals in time. I cannot even begin to explain how happy I am that I found this place! Every time I walk in I am soooo warmly greeted. With genuine kindness. After telephonically contacting their office to cancel my upcoming follow up appointment due to distance of this location, I continued receiving multiple emails everyday afterwards requesting I confirm my appointment.
