I have to say a big thank you for the exceptional care I'm receiving from USA Vein Clinic of Barrington. Right from the start my ultrasound tech Lyudmyla was so kind and did such a great job mapping my legs. When Dr. Charles Perrott told me he can "fix this for me" I was so relieved! The treatments have been simple and straightforward. I highly recommend USA Vein Clinic!!
I had a few vein procedures done by Dr. Charles Perrott, and I’m impressed with his professionalism and kindness. He treats his patients with care and respect - you immediately feel that you’re in good hands. The entire team, from the front desk, ultrasound technician, to the medical assistants, nurses, is amazing: friendly, patient, and supportive through every step. I’m very happy with the results. Absolutely HORRENDOUS at scheduling and properly getting insurance approvals prior to surgery date. This happened to me TWICE and I am LIVID, after taking 6-8 days of PTO/figuring out childcare/rearranging my life, they think it's just a matter of "pushing everything out 2 more weeks" so that they can properly get the approvals in time. I was there over a month before that for the consult and ultrasound and they still failed to get approvals on time for my scheduled surgery. TWICE. Unbelievable.
