The front office worked with my insurance to get me to best price. They made sure I had time that worked best for me and treated me and my family with great respect. The surgical staff are on point with cleanliness. I’ve always felt very well cared for each visit. Even the surgery tables are warmed to give you a comfort as soft music of your choice plays in the background. Very personable and professional. Took his time with me, great evaluation, did not try to push surgery on me. Gave me his professional opinion, great advice and told me to come back if I need help. I highly recommend this honest doctor. Friendly helpful staff.
Dr. Hayes and his incredible team are top notch. I spent a over a year with swelling and pain in my left leg, lower back, and pelvic area. After many unnecessary tests and misdiagnoses (even sent to physical therapy for core strengthening) Dr. Hayes ordered the correct testing, made a proper diagnoses, scheduled the treatments, and I’m already noticing a difference. Dr. Hayes, his medical team and his office staff very appreciative throughout the entire process. Knowing this was a long-term undertaking requiring multiple procedures, follow-ups and a life-style change with commitment. After going to another facility in town, I was not happy with the experience. I then decided to find another place. Thank God for Dr. Hayes and his staff. His years of experience and skills are a gift from God. Much more relaxed, personable, caring and painless experience. I would highly recommend.
