I've been a patient for numerous years. All of my appointments have been pleasant and comfortable. It may sound like a sales pitch, but it isn't. Some of the other doctors and staff I deal with aren't nearly as caring and engaging. Dr Phillippi, Liz and the other staff members have been instrumental in listening to my concerns and developing a plan of action.
